Hi everyone! My name is Makenzie and I am currently a student at University of Hawaii at Manoa. I wanted to start a blog to share with you my writing and photography. The stories will mostly consist of my travels around Island and other places in the world. My interest in photography started around my sophomore year of high school where I would go out and take pictures with my friends and our massive DSLR cameras. After years of portrait photography I have now gained an interest in taking action/ sports pictures, particularly surfing. You can find these photos in the gallery tab up above 🙂
